My order is missing one or more item?

Sometimes, items are be shipped from different warehouses and will arrive separately. This does not impact shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, contact us at amoriskin123@gmail.com and a dedicated team member will manage your request. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.

All products are subject to our 60-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are 100% happy with your new purchase.

I received the wrong item?

We really apologize for the mix up and we are eager to resolve the issue. To help us do so, please email amoriskin123@gmail.com with your order number, details of the items ordered, and the items received

What is the warranty period?

All Project E Beauty devises are covered by a two-year manufacturer warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects, excluding damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or other external factors

What devices are covered by a lifetime warranty?

Our lifetime warranty applies exclusively to the Project E Beauty Ice Roller. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase

How do I start a claim within the warranty period?

If a defect arises after the return period (60 days) and before the end of the 24-month warranty period please contact us at amoriskin123@gmail.com with details of your claim

- Successful completion of warranty registration
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Contact details
- A brief description of the issue

What damage is not covered by the warranty?

- Accident, abuse or improper operation
- Alterations made by you or third-party
- Servicing by unauthorized person
- Transfer or ownership to a third-party
- Use with accessories or power sources that are incompatible with the product/model

My device has been discontinued within the warranty period; will I receive a replacement?

Yes, if the specific product is no longer available, we are eager to a solution that best suits you
We either:
- Offer a replacement with the most comparable model
- Offer credit to the value of the original product

What is your refund policy?

We do hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but for any reason you wish to request a refund, simply return items to us within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. For more on our refund policy please refer to the questions below

When should I expect to receive my refund?

Once the item arrives back to us in proper condition, you will receive an email notification to confirm your refund has been processed. The outstanding credit amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days

I purchased my item on sale, can I get a refund?

Yes all items are subject to our 60-day refund policy. Devices must be in original packaging and unused or lightly used, while all skincare products must be sealed and unused

I received a product as a gift, can I return it?

- Where the product was marked as a gift on purchase and delivered straight to you, you will receive store credit to the value of the original purchase


- Where the product was shipped directly to the purchaser, the refund will be processed via the original payment method

I have used a discount code, will my refund amount be adjusted?

Don't worry, you are still entitled to receive a refund, we will simply refund the amount you paid after the relevant discount was applied

Can I return an item I ordered from a third-party retailer?

Unfortunately, we cannot manage any orders issues, including refunds or exchanges in respect of a third-party orders. Be sure to get in touch with the retailer directly and they will be able to look into this further for you. We cannot guarantee their internal refund policy reflects our own
